What's the happiest headlines in the news today?

2012:
With elections just around the corner and Sandy storm hitting the East coast, there isn't much of the happy news around. I had to really dig for it. Today was SF Giant's World Series Championship victory parade!

2013:
Two days ago, I witnessed most amazing thing! Human of New York featured a story of a man that had adopted a girl and hoping to adopt a boy. He mentioned that he needed help with raising funds to adopt the boy. Within one hour of posting the story, 100% of the money ($26K) was raised and it didn't stop there. Within 36 hour, at closing the donation page, they had collected $86K! Remaining money is to go toward the education fund for the kids. That's the most heartwarming story I've heard in a long time!
