2012:
It was busy day at work, so not much time for self-improvement. But, I'm trying not to sweat the small stuff. It's Pooja's birthday today and she haven't been answering my phone calls. I must've tried 10 times. I'm not losing my temper over it. Ten years from now, this wouldn't matter much, so why should I get upset over it today...
2013:
Oh.. I tried to improve in physical fitness today and I'm sore! I did multiple rounds of Clean & Jerk (finished with 55#), ran 800 meter for time (5:02 minutes), pull-up hang for 1:19 minutes, 400 meter run in 2:10 and 93 squats in 4 minutes!
2018:
Luckily, I called Pooja at 6:30AM and she answered the phone right away! IT was good to hear her voice. She's going to Boston for 4 days, touring the city all on her own! Can that be an improvement on my part for raising independent daughter who lives thousands miles away and enjoys touring on her own?
Anyway...I did go for workout this morning. The only day of the week I can go. But rather than sleeping in on my only day off of the week, I've chosen to go for the workout. Every little bit helps!
