Was about a week ago. I really mean to exercise everyday, but it just haven't happened. :(
2013:
This morning! I just joined CrossFit last month and I've been exercising like never before! Taking a 30 minutes walk is for birds!
2018:
on Wednesday, 4 days ago. However, I've been doing 10 negative push-ups everyday. Trying to get strong everyday.
