2012:
I would say that I was good today! Made green smoothie, took the conf. call from home at 8.. logged off from work at about 9 and went off to work. Dropped off Neil at mom's on the way. Helped BT with Silverlight error message, did TCG testing, came home and worked the budget and updating the expenses. All in all, productive day!
2013:
I'm good pretty much everyday. I make conscious effort for letting go of negative thoughts.
2018:
Good for most part! I'm adopting a new rule of pity party for only 5 minutes and then, move on. And 'can't change it'. If it's something I can't change, I have power to react to it in positive manner. The bad parts me eating two ice cream bars! Well, I had brought one for Ron and he didn't want it, I suppose he has better will power than I do.
